Website design & build · independent inspection service

A simple site for a service built around independent evidence.
RoofReport UK provides photographic roof reports for homebuyers, homeowners, property professionals and dispute cases. It does not quote for repair work, so the website needed to make that independence feel credible, clear and useful.
I shaped the site around the decision the visitor is trying to make: understand visible roof condition, see what the report covers, and get in touch with the basics.
01
Independent · photographic · report only
The first screen pairs a direct promise with clear actions: fill out the form or call now. It frames the service in plain language and immediately establishes the important distinction: no repair upselling, just clear findings before someone commits.

02
Report preview · visible facts · practical next steps

An illustrative report preview shows what the visitor will receive: visible defects, likely causes, photographic evidence and practical recommendations. It turns an abstract service into something concrete before the visitor has to enquire.
The rest of the page supports that proof with scope, service areas, relevant use cases, limitations and straightforward FAQs.
03
Call · scope · inspection · report
The four-step process explains what happens after contact: share the basics, agree scope, inspect visible roof areas, then receive the report. The request form asks only for the information needed to start that conversation.

The no-repair-quote position is clear from the first screen.
The report preview shows the shape of the service before enquiry.
Phone and form paths keep the next step easy to find.
Just five views, because the service stays focused.
