I’m Kevin. I design, build, and care about the details.
I’m Kevin Piazza — a founder, developer and builder focused on technology, software, business and acquisitions. I started building software young and have since created more than 15 apps used by over 30,000 people, while founding ClubFlexx and raising £250,000 to help build it.
My approach to building products is simple: understand what already works, keep the best parts, remove what creates friction, and make the result as simple, fast and efficient as possible. I look closely at how people already use competing products, where those products frustrate them, and how better design, technology or AI can improve the experience. I care about minimalism, scalability and quality, but above all, I want the end product to feel obvious and easy to use.
Alongside software, I’m deeply interested in business, investing and acquisitions. I’ve had early exposure to M&A and fixed income at Canaccord Genuity, and I’m continuing to develop my understanding of valuation, private equity and business acquisitions. Long term, I want to build and own exceptional businesses, improve them through better technology, systems and execution, and hold them for the long term. Most of what I work on comes back to the same idea: build, improve, own.
