Consumer mobile app · public landing page · gym management software

Product design · web development · mobile development · shared backend
The consumer mobile app is where the gym journey happens: discover venues, compare pass options, purchase access and keep the pass ready for arrival. Travel guidance and community make it useful beyond a single visit.
The public landing page introduces ClubFlexx. Separate desktop software lets gym owners manage their venues and offers. A scanner app handles reception check-ins, while an internal admin app supports approvals and moderation.
01
Discover a gym · Buy access · Make the visit

Discovery belongs in the consumer app. People can explore gyms, use location context and inspect the practical details before choosing where to train. The goal is to connect finding a suitable venue with taking the next step, without sending people through separate tools.

Gym details, amenities and pass options help people choose access that suits them. The purchase flow leads into a digital QR pass, keeping the decision and the visit in one app.
The purchase experience is implemented; live real-money checkout remains disabled in the supplied build.

A custom Swift and MapKit bridge brings walking, driving and transit guidance into the app. People can consider how they will get there alongside where they want to train.
The community feed extends the experience beyond buying a pass. Multi-signal ranking balances followed creators, engagement, freshness and new voices, with seen-post suppression and creator diversity to avoid a repetitive feed.
This is explicit recommendation logic, rather than a trained AI model.

02
Explain the platform · Introduce the app

The landing page explains what ClubFlexx offers and gives people a clear route into the consumer app. Its job is to introduce the product and make the next step easy to understand.
Gym discovery and purchasing happen in the mobile app. The public website supports that journey by communicating the proposition.
03
Run the venue · Shape the offer · Understand activity

The owner dashboard brings listings, packages, offers and recorded activity into one place. Multi-venue views let operators work at the level of an individual gym or across their portfolio.

Owners can manage venue details, amenities, packages and extras while tracking recorded activity and offer periods. Rule-based pricing assistance reduces repetitive calculations without pretending to predict demand or optimise revenue autonomously.
Recorded revenue is activity, not settled cash. Payment-provider settlement remains separate.
04
One focused role each

The scanner gives staff a focused access check, including server-side verification and retry-safe handling so an uncertain network response does not consume another check-in. The internal admin app brings gym approvals, employee management and gym-information edits together with community moderation, including restricting or banning accounts when needed.
Staff get a purpose-built scanner; internal admins get a separate review tool. Each keeps a specific operational task clear.
ClubFlexx brings customer discovery, community, digital access, venue operations and moderation into a shared platform. The achievement is the connection between them: each interface has its own job, while the journey remains consistent.
The supplied project review describes implemented code across the ecosystem. Production deployment and end-to-end operation have not been independently verified here. Live checkout, settlement and unattended access hardware remain separate release requirements.
